As a self-proclaimed introvert, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating a world often designed for extroverts. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, mentoring teams, colleagues, and friends, I’ve witnessed firsthand how introverts' strengths - like deep listening, thoughtful analysis, and meaningful connection-building - are not just valuable but essential in the workplace.

I didn’t always feel this way. Early in my career, I struggled with self-doubt and felt the pressure to adapt to environments that didn’t align with my natural tendencies. Over time, I learned to embrace my introversion, turning those challenges into opportunities and discovering how to confidently express my voice.
